Walk in Registration available on Monday!

Join us for a fun event for elementary aged children and their families. Offering school physicals, health screenings, child safety information, hair cuts, shoe and sock giveaway, family resources and other fun activities! Event will run from 9am-12pm in the Crestwood United Methodist Gym and surrounding areas!

Below is a list of vendors/services we will have for the Back-to-School Community Health Event:
•Hope Health Clinic - physicals (elementary age children)
•Baptist Health - Assist with physicals and hand hygiene station, medication safety, physical rehab (activity) and Teddy Bear Clinic
•Hair Cuts
•Petting Zoo
•Face Painting/Temporary Tattoos
•CUMC Christianos (table and translation assistance)
•Norton Health - Child safety, hands only CPR and/or Adult Blood Pressure or Blood Glucose Screening
•Norton Health - Talent acquisition to provide job assistance
•Positive Connections - Antibullying and digital health and children's activities
•CUMC Neurodivergent Ministries

•Oldham County Health Dept - Ages and Stages Program, HANDS program and Dolly Parton Imagination Library
