Sunday School
10:00AM - Youth - Sanctuary Basement Jr. & Sr. High School students join their parents for Sunday service at our 9:01AM or 11:11AM service.
Wednesday Evening - GAFFA
6:30-7:45PM Sanctuary basement on Wednesday Night. Wednesday nights from August through May, Jr. & Sr. High students meet after dinner. GAFFA begins with a family dinner at 5:30pm; then fun fellowship at 6:30pm. Wednesday nights are focused on spiritual growth. There is an emphasis on topics and practices that are relevant for our youth in their everyday lives, and in their walk with God.
Sunday Night Youth Group
Sunday nights are about fun and fellowship. We meet in the youth basement from 5-7PM every Sunday night. The emphasis here is on building relationships with other believers, making friends, and getting to know God. This is the ideal time to bring friends who may not be believers or introducing new people to the church. We strive to make sure that everyone feels welcomed into our community.
Retreats
Our youth have the opportunity to go on peace retreats several times a year. We travel to places all around the area.
Youth Events
Winter Blitz
Our youth and their friends spend the weekend at Winter Blitz in January.
30 Hour Famine
The youth participate in a 30 hour fast at the Church in the Spring and learn about hunger around the world.
Big Stuf Beach Camp
Beach camp in Florida.
Youth Field Trips
These are outings at various times during the year.
Vacation Bible School Leadership
The youth have the opportunity to participate as youth leaders and helpers at our Vacation Bible School each summer in July.
Messy Game Night
A back to school tradition for our youth. The kids get extra sloppy playing "messy" games and blow off steam right after school starts.
Summer Mission Road Trip
Youth will spend a week in the summer serving our community in and around the Louisville area.
Mystery Day
Join us for a fun outing that is a surprise!
Pancake Breakfast Fundraisers
Our youth hold two pancake fundraisers on Sunday mornings. The spring breakfast helps fund their summer mission trips and the winter breakfast funds their mission to provide food, clothing and and Christmas party with gifts for local inner city children, many who are refuges.
Christmas Celebrations
Our youth have an annual Christmas party every December. They also provide a Christmas party & gifts for a church with children in need.
