Youth Ministries

Grades 6-12, this is "The Place" for you!

Middle School 6th-8th Grade

Sunday School:

10:00AM - The Place - Youth - Sanctuary basement

After Labor Day, we will meet directly in youth basement instead of meeting upstairs in CLC. After having breakfast in youth basement, High school will remain there for thier lesson while middle school will go to our Youth house for Sunday school.

Small Group Ministry:

For the Youth in our program who desire to grow closer to Christ while experiencing Chrisitian fellowship with kids of a similar age, we have small group Bible studies. These take place weekly on Sunday in the Youth House or in the homes of our adult leaders.  We have multiple groups that include our middle school aged youth for both girl and boys. The focus of these exciting groups is to deepen the understanding of the Bible and how to use it as a teaching tool in our lives. They often meet for meals or coffee, and serve our community in amazing ways. Contact Abby via Abby@CrestwoodMethodist.com if you are interested in joining a small group or would like to become an adult leader.

Wednesday Night:

6:15pm-7:30pm - The Place - Youth - Sanctuary basement

Wednesday Night - If you like excitement, fun and variety centered around Christ, we have "The Place" for you! Come check us out below the Sanctuary in the youth basement, every Wednesday night after our family dinner (5:30-6:15 @ CLC, reservations required) from 6:15-7:30 PM!  Throughout the school year, our students will be taking part in various teachings and discussions. The discussions will be topical based and range from “how to discern pop culture with a Christ centered heart” to “What it really means to serve others” to "What is my purpose as a follower of Jesus?" These nights are a great opportunity to invite friends, who may not have ever been to church. We generally begin with worship led by Abby Keller and Stephen Ulrich, then divide middle and high school for games, activies, and lesson.

High School 9th-12th Grade

Sunday School:

10:00AM - The Place - Youth - Sanctuary basement

After Labor Day, we will no longer meet upstairs in the CLC but rather meet directly in the youth basement. Middle and High school will have breakfast there before diving, High school staying in the basement while middle school will go to our Youth house for Sunday school.

Small Group Ministry:

Our exciting groups take place in the homes of our adult leaders or at church. The focus of these groups is to deepen the understanding of the Bible and how to use it as a  teaching tool in our lives. These groups are a great way to build lasting relationships with other students. Many of our groups often spend time together catching a movie, going to ball games, and leading service projects in our community. We currently have three groups that include high school aged youth. Contact Abby at Abby@CrestwoodMethodist.com if you are interested in joining a small group or would like to become an adult leader.
